until there is a difference
in the story of “I”.

Perhaps you will choose to go into unconsciousness to
Cope and suppress the deeply rooted painful emotions
that cause your emotional and physical paralysis.

Eventually you may realize that there is a thin veil
between the dark stuck painful place and love and light
the key to getting through this doorway into a brighter place
is as simple as just choosing to wake up in your dreaming.

Shame is radioactive.

It gets all over everything and everyone.

We can’t think our way out of this mess.

It’s going to take a global shift in consciousness.
